These terms apply to Work Hour Tracker, developed by Daniel Esteban Gonzalez, Argentina. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA (see License).
A personal log of your work hours. Totals, overtime and earnings are estimates for your own reference, calculated from what you enter and the rules you choose. They are not payroll, tax or legal advice and do not replace your employer's records or a professional.
Optional features use Apple Intelligence to write summaries, read a sentence into a shift, or explain notes before exporting. AI output can be incomplete or wrong: check it before saving, relying on it or sharing it. The numbers are calculated by the app from your records; the AI only puts them into words, and a shift read from a sentence is never saved until you tap Save.
Your records stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you enter, for keeping backups, and for how you use the files you export.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost earnings arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer laws of your country.
We may update these terms; the current version is always in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Contact: deg.leon.2024@gmail.com
