Work Hour Tracker is developed by Daniel Esteban Gonzalez, Argentina. In short: your work records stay on your device, we never receive them, and there are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
The app stores what you enter — shifts (start, end and unpaid breaks), jobs and hourly rates, tips, notes — and your settings. It is stored only on your device, and in a storage area shared with the app's own widget and Live Activity on the same device. We have no servers and never receive, see or store this information.
We do not collect personal information. The app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. We do not sell or share information.
Some optional features use Apple Intelligence: the summary of your week in Reports, adding a shift from a sentence, and the review before exporting. When one runs, only the text that request needs is processed — the totals and dates of the period, the sentence you typed, or the list of notes found in your shifts. It is processed by Apple's model on your device or, when available, by Apple's Private Cloud Compute. According to Apple, data sent to Private Cloud Compute is used only to fulfill the request, is not stored and is not accessible to Apple. We never receive this data. If you use the app with Siri or Shortcuts, your request is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The app answers only with information that is already on your device.
When you export your hours (CSV, PDF, text or overtime summary), the file is created on your device and sent only where you choose with the system share sheet. What happens to it afterwards depends on the app or person you send it to.
You can delete shifts and jobs in the app. Deleting the app removes all of its information from your device. Your device backups (iCloud or a computer) may include the app's information until those backups are replaced.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Because we do not collect or keep personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. For questions, including under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25,326) or the privacy laws of your country, contact us.
If this policy changes, the new version will be shown in the app with a new effective date.
